3.2 Web Hosting

NKRnet offers reliable and secure web hosting services to clients, allowing them to host their websites and applications on NKRnet's robust servers. The web hosting services include features such as ample storage space, bandwidth allocation, email accounts, and database management. The terms and conditions specific to web hosting services, including storage limits, bandwidth usage, server resources, uptime guarantees, and security measures, will be detailed in separate agreements or contracts between NKRnet and the client.

3.3 Server Management

NKRnet provides comprehensive server management services to ensure the optimal performance, security, and maintenance of clients' servers. This includes regular monitoring, software updates, security patches, backup management, and technical support. The terms and conditions for server management services, including support hours, response times, service level agreements (SLAs), and any additional services, will be specified in separate agreements or contracts between NKRnet and the client.

3.4 Consulting Services

NKRnet offers professional consulting services to clients, providing expert advice and guidance on various aspects of software development, web hosting, server management, and related technologies. The consulting services cover areas such as technology strategy, architecture design, system integration, and performance optimization. The terms and conditions specific to consulting services, including the scope of the consultation, fees, duration, deliverables, and confidentiality obligations, will be agreed upon separately between NKRnet and the client.

4. Refund Policy

NKRnet strives to provide exceptional services to its clients. However, under certain circumstances, a refund may be applicable. The refund policy for each type of service is as follows:

4.1 Software Development

Refunds for software development services will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the progress of the project and the level of completion. Any refund requests should be made in writing and will be subject to evaluation by NKRnet. If a refund is approved, the amount refunded will be determined based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to the date of the refund request.

4.2 Web Hosting

Refunds for web hosting services are subject to specific conditions. NKRnet offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new web hosting accounts. If you are not satisfied with the web hosting service within the first 30 days of service activation, you may request a refund. Refunds will only be provided for the unused portion of the service fees. After the initial 30 days, no refunds will be issued for web hosting services.

4.3 Server Management

Refunds for server management services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the server management service, you may request a refund within 14 days of the service activation. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated by NKRnet. If a refund is approved, the amount refunded will be determined based on the unused portion of the service fees for the remaining billing cycle.

4.4 Consulting Services

Refunds for consulting services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the consulting service provided by NKRnet, you may request a refund within 14 days of the consultation. Refund requests should be made in writing and will be subject to evaluation by NKRnet. The amount refunded, if approved, will be determined based on the nature and extent of the consulting service provided.

4.5 General Refund Conditions

  • NKRnet reserves the right to deny refund requests if the services were utilized in violation of these Terms or if there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

  • Refunds will typically be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If this is not possible, NKRnet will work with the client to determine an appropriate refund method.

  • Refunds may take up to [number of days] to process from the date of approval. NKRnet will make reasonable efforts to process refunds in a timely manner.

  • In the event of a refund, any licenses, rights, or access granted to the client for the respective service will be terminated, and the client must cease using the refunded services immediately.

5. Intellectual Property

NKRnet retains all rights, title, and interest in any intellectual property, including but not limited to software, designs, graphics, logos, and content, provided as part of the Services. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the intellectual property solely for the purposes specified in the relevant agreements or contracts.

6. Confidentiality

NKRnet understands the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of client information. Any confidential or proprietary information shared with NKRnet during the provision of the Services will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. NKRnet agrees not to disclose such information to third parties without the express consent of the client, except as required by law.

7. Data Security and Privacy

NKRnet takes data security and privacy seriously. NKRnet implements industry-standard security measures to protect client data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. NKRnet's data privacy practices are outlined in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the NKRnet website and Services, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
